2. What is the delivery time

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping – 1-2 working days (90% of our orders get Delivered Next Day)

  • Express Shipping – 1 day


Shipping Rules and Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped on business days and business days are Monday to Friday but because of our special arrangements with couriers in the UK 80% of our orders having light items gets delivered on Saturday  as well.

  • *Festive season, bad weather or other unpredictable adverse situations may increase stated delivery time

  • Please call our Customer Service team if you have any questions.

  • Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve our right to cancel your order and/or make such order subject to additional terms and conditions (including without limitation to requiring such orders to be conditional upon a minimum value of products being ordered in a single transaction). Our Customer Service team will notify you of cancellation and/or such conditions as soon as reasonably practicable after you place your order.

3. Do you deliver and ship on Saturday or Sunday?

Generally orders are shipped and delivered on business days and business days are Monday to Friday but within the UK we ship and deliver on Saturday as well because of our special arrangements with Courier Companies.

5. Can I change my delivery address after my order has shipped?

No, unfortunately you can’t change the delivery address once parcel has left our premises, if it hasn’t left yet then we may change it. Please contact our online shop customer service team ASAP in this matter. You will be asked to provide your order number and the new delivery address. Generally if it has passed one working day since you have placed your order then unfortunately it cannot be changed. 

6. Can I have a different delivery address to my billing address?

Yes. You can choose to have separate delivery and billing addresses during checkout.

7. How long after I receive my shipment confirmation email will I be able to track my order?

Your shipment confirmation email will include a link you can use to track & trace your order online if your order was dispatched by traceable service (which most orders are in the UK). Tracking info isn't available until the courier has picked up your order from our warehouse and sometimes it may start working from next day when your parcel was dispatched.

8. Will you refund my shipping costs if I return my order?

We will refund your delivery costs as long as item is defective, faulty or wrong item you  recieved.We do not refund express delivery cost if you are only returning one product from an order with multiple items.
